Panzeri Diffusion<\/strong>, the company leading the z.one concept<\/strong> brand, was born in 1999<\/strong> from an idea of \u200b\u200bIvano Panzeri<\/strong>, founder and current president of the company.<\/p>\n A few years after its foundation, the company established itself in the professional and hair fashion industry<\/strong>, conquering a considerable position in the Italian and global market<\/strong>. Maximum research into quality and innovation, combined with creativity and attention to the latest trends in all areas of fashion, are the distinctive lines of a brand that accompanies quality products with all the support necessary for the salon, to offer innovative services and offer tailor-made products and advice for each client. The meeting with z.one concept took place in 2017<\/strong>, the year in which the company had undertaken a complex project of development and computerization of logistics-distribution processes, with the aim of supporting the hectic corporate growth and its progressive internationalization.<\/p>\n In this phase of growth, the problems coming from the poor integration between management and logistics software and the need to manage automatisms that would optimize and make operations more fluid<\/strong> began to emerge. With STOCKFORCE, natively integrated with the Gamma Enterprise management system<\/strong>, we were able to meet those needs. Today, the solution coordinates the entire inbound and outbound logistics process, constantly communicating with the z.one concept ERP and transferring the missions and information to the warehouse staff via the RF terminal.<\/p>\n Panzeri Diffusion manages two types of distribution flows<\/strong>: those intended for professional salons, which frequently issue small quantities of various types of products, and those intended for importers and distributors, according to a more distant scheduling but involving large quantities of product.<\/p>\n In the first case, the speed of the pick and pack process of the single boxes of products intended for hairdressers in a short time is essential, as is the correct organization of the paths of the active operators among the shelves.<\/p>\n In the second, the greatest challenge concerns the exact planning of shipments to ensure that large quantities of material arrive at their destination at the established time. STOCKFORCE, thanks to the PLAN<\/strong><\/a><\/span> module, is able to perform an analysis of the fulfillment of the customer order portfolio<\/strong>, assigning the lots to the different deliveries according to defined rules. The system also reacts in real time to any priority changes made by the sales office and automatically sends alerts in case of critical issues.<\/p>\n To date, there are a total of 35 actions visible from the PDA and transmitted to the operators according to their role and the level of qualification of each one. The absence in STOCKFORCE of a rigid pre-setting of the operations to be carried out, replaced by the concept of generic action, configurable according to the customer’s needs<\/strong>, has certainly made the configuration of the processes and their evolution easier.<\/p>\n We have also developed a project for the serialization of the single bottle for best sellers, i.e. its identification by serial number. In this way, the product is identified in its uniqueness along the entire distribution chain up to the final customer, guaranteeing complete traceability of the products.<\/p>\n In June 2020, z.one concept integrated our forecasting module on suppliers orders to logistics, through which they can associate the behavior of previous sales of now obsolete products with the new products introduced by the company’s marketing and which will therefore follow the same business logic. The goal is to arrive at an increasingly accurate planning of supplies in a context characterized by a product portfolio with a very short life cycle and in continuous renewal.<\/p>\n settore professionale e della moda capelli<\/strong>, conquistando una posizione considerevole nel mercato italiano e globale<\/strong>. Massima ricerca della qualit\u00e0 e dell\u2019innovazione, combinata con creativit\u00e0 e attenzione alle ultime tendenze in tutti gli ambiti della moda, sono le linee distintive di un marchio che accompagna a prodotti di qualit\u00e0 tutti i supporti necessari al salone, per offrire servizi innovativi e proporre prodotti e consulenze su misura per ogni cliente. A partire dal 2012<\/strong> la societ\u00e0 ha vissuto un processo di crescita esponenziale, legato soprattutto alla sua internazionalizzazione<\/strong> (il marchio \u00e8 infatti distribuito in ben 53 Paesi<\/strong> nel mondo): proprio il progressivo sviluppo della funzione logistica con STOCKFORCE<\/strong> a servizio delle attivit\u00e0 commerciali e distributive \u00e8 stato uno dei fattori che ha consentito e sostenuto la crescita aziendale<\/strong>.<\/p> L\u2019incontro con z.one concept avviene nel 2017<\/strong>, anno in cui l\u2019azienda aveva intrapreso un complesso progetto di sviluppo e informatizzazione dei processi logistico-distributivi, con l\u2019obiettivo di supportare la tumultuosa crescita aziendale e la sua progressiva internazionalizzazione.<\/p> In questa fase di crescita cominciavano ad emergere sempre pi\u00f9 le problematiche derivanti dalla scarsa integrazione tra gestionale e software logistico e la necessit\u00e0 di gestire degli automatismi che ottimizzassero e rendessero pi\u00f9 fluida l\u2019operativit\u00e0<\/strong>. In parallelo, l\u2019attivazione del secondo magazzino, dedicato esclusivamente all\u2019export e ai distributori, e la conseguente riconversione del deposito originario ad hub per la distribuzione diretta ai saloni, richiedeva una nuova organizzazione delle logiche di gestione che non solo ottimizzasse le attivit\u00e0 ma che fosse in grado di seguire l\u2019atteso aumento delle movimentazioni e quindi di modificare in corsa, se necessario, logiche e processi.<\/p> Con STOCKFORCE, nativamente integrato al sistema gestionale Gamma Enterprise<\/strong>, abbiamo potuto far fronte a queste esigenze. La soluzione coordina oggi l\u2019intero processo logistico, inbound e outbound, dialogando costantemente con l\u2019ERP di Z.one concept e trasferendo via terminale RF le missioni e le informazioni al personale di magazzino.<\/p> Panzeri Diffusion gestisce in distribuzione due tipologie di flussi<\/strong>: quelli destinati ai saloni professionali, che emettono con frequenza piccoli quantitativi di prodotti di vario tipo e quelli destinati a importatori e distributori, secondo una calendarizzazione pi\u00f9 distanziata ma riguardante grandi quantitativi di prodotto.<\/p> Nel primo caso la velocit\u00e0 del processo di pick and pack dei singoli box di prodotti destinati ai parrucchieri in tempi ristretti \u00e8 fondamentale, come pure la corretta organizzazione dei percorsi degli operatori attivi tra gli scaffali.<\/p> Nel secondo, la sfida maggiore riguarda l\u2019esatta pianificazione delle spedizioni per far si che grandi quantit\u00e0 di materiale arrivino a destinazione nel momento stabilito. STOCKFORCE, grazie al modulo PLAN<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, \u00e8 in grado di eseguire un\u2019analisi dell\u2019evadibilit\u00e0 del portafoglio ordini clienti<\/strong>, assegnando i lotti alle diverse consegne secondo regole definite. Il sistema reagisce inoltre in tempo reale a eventuali cambi di priorit\u00e0 eseguiti dall\u2019ufficio vendite e procede in automatico all\u2019invio di alert in caso di criticit\u00e0.<\/p> Ad oggi sono un totale di 35 le azioni visibili dal palmare e trasmesse agli operatori a seconda del loro ruolo e del livello di abilitazione di ciascuno. L\u2019assenza in STOCKFORCE di una rigida pre-impostazione delle operazioni da svolgere, sostituita dal concetto di azione generica, configurabile a seconda delle esigenze del cliente<\/strong>, ha sicuramente reso pi\u00f9 semplice la configurazione dei processi e la loro evoluzione.<\/p> Abbiamo sviluppato inoltre un progetto per la serializzazione del singolo flacone per i best sellers, ossia la sua identificazione tramite serial number. In questo modo il prodotto \u00e8 identificato nella sua univocit\u00e0 lungo tutta la catena distributiva fino al cliente finale, garantendo la completa tracciabilit\u00e0 dei prodotti.<\/p> A Giugno 2020<\/strong>, Z.One concept, ha integrato alla logistica il nostro modulo di forecasting su ordini a fornitori, attraverso il quale possono associare il comportamento delle vendite pregresse dei prodotti ormai obsoleti ai nuovi prodotti introdotti dal marketing dell'azienda e che seguiranno quindi le stesse logiche commerciali. Since 2012<\/strong> the company has experienced a process of exponential growth, linked above all to its internationalization<\/strong> (the brand is in fact distributed in 53 countries<\/strong> worldwide): precisely, the progressive development of the logistics function with STOCKFORCE<\/a><\/span><\/strong> at the service of commercial and distribution activities has been one of the factors that allowed and supported the company’s growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the activation of the second warehouse, dedicated exclusively to exports and distributors, and the consequent conversion of the original warehouse into a hub for direct distribution to the salons, required a new organization of management logics which would not only optimize activities but that was able to follow the expected increase in movements and therefore to modify logics and processes on the go, if necessary.<\/p>\n
