MISSION RELEASE
Confirmed orders are released to the warehouse as operational missions, which can be grouped or split by the warehouse manager according to workload and operational needs.
AVAILABILITY RESERVATION
Availability is calculated and reserved by considering current and transferable stock, future availability from incoming orders and production (Make) or procurement (Buy) requirements.
WAREHOUSE ACTIVITY MONITORING
Monitor mission progress to verify planning compliance and intervene promptly to ensure customer commitments are met.
MAKE OR BUY
When a customer order cannot be fulfilled immediately, Stockforce Plan automatically activates Make-or-Buy logic, proposing either a production order or a purchase one depending on the nature of the product.
REAL-TIME REACTIVITY
The Plan console allows real-time monitoring of orders, production and inventory availability. The system keeps the digital representation aligned with operational reality, enabling rapid response to changes.

Smart inter-plant transfers
Stockforce Plan manages intelligent transfers between facilities only when actual surplus exists, protecting local priorities through configurable rules. This reduces stock shortages, improves service levels and optimizes inventory usage without increasing stock levels.
Automatic procurement and production proposals
The system continuously monitors product availability and automatically generates replenishment proposals when needed. Depending on availability, the system determines whether to purchase or produce the item. When production is required, PLAN also checks component availability to ensure the production order can be launched.
Inventory status management
Stock status is managed intelligently (independent of batch logic), with partial blocks, quarantine states and automatic status changes based on location and operational processes. This ensures better quality control, more reliable availability and alignment between physical, logical and planning data.
Kit management – Kitting
Stockforce Plan verifies the availability of all components required to assemble kits before operational release. This ensures planning feasibility and maintains alignment between planning, picking verification, packing lists and truck loading.
